Application to remove sub section 4b of condition 4 as imposed on planning permission ref. no. N/172/1812/07 which states "Before the houses hereby permitted are occupied the following details shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority:-a. details of the planting species, planting size, planting positions and planting densities of all trees, shrubs and bushes to be planted within the application site including within the area of public open space and alongside the public footpaths;b. details of the equipment to be provided within the equipped children's play area including fencing, bins, seats and safety surfacing;c. details of the management and maintenance of the open space, play area and public footpaths including their planting.Such details as approved shall be carried out in their entirety before the approved houses are occupied. The open space, play area and footpaths shall be maintained in accordance with the details contained within the management and maintenance agreement".
