Variation of Condition (1) dated 23rd July 1997 (Ref. No. PS9804556) which granted permission for the change of use of the premises from offices (Class B1) to dental centre (Class D1). From the existing Condition No. 1 of this permission which states: 1) This permission shall be personal to the Eastman Dental Institute during their occupation and shall not enure for the benefit of the land. On their vacating the premises the use shall revert to the lawful use for Office (Class B1) purposes. Reason In granting this permission, the Council have had regard to the special circumstances of the case and would like the opportunity of exercising planning control over future use of the property in order to comply with Policy EC5 of the Draft Unitary Development Plan for Camden (as amended).
