The Ash tree is located to the north east corner of my plot. I would like to reduce the height to 1m below the power cable giving a finished height of approx 5m. The tree currently overhangs my neighbours (3 Devonshire Cottages) garage and drive by approx 2.5m The tree currently overhangs the highway by approx 3m I would like to cut both of these overhangs back to my boundary line and reshape the crown to the south and east.
