Proposed discharge of condition 8 of planning approval LA08/2025/0589/F. Condition 8 states: Prior to the use of the car park commencing, the drainage network shall be constructed and laid in accordance with the details provided within the Drainage and Flood Risk Assessment contained in the Environmental Statement. The drainage network shall provide safe management of any out of sewer flooding emanating from the surface water drainage network, in a 1 in 100 year storm event with an additional allowance for climate change (20%) and urban creep / expansion (10%). The drainage network shall be in conformity with the details shown on drawing nos.07 and 08 and shall include a bypass separator. Within 3 months of the construction of the drainage network a CCTV survey demonstrating that the drainage network has been constructed in accordance with the Drainage and Flood Risk Assessment shall be submitted to the Council for approval in writing.
