Proposed discharge of conditions 2 & 12 of planning approval LA08/2025/0589/F. Condition 2 states: Prior to the use of the car park hereby permitted commencing, a landscape management and maintenance plan shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council. The plan shall set out the period of the plan, long term objectives, management responsibilities, performance measures and maintenance schedules of all areas of landscaping. The landscape management plan shall be carried out as approved unless prior written consent is given to its modification. Reason: To ensure successful establishment and ongoing management and maintenance (in perpetuity) of the landscaped areas in the interests of visual amenity Condition 12 states: The development shall not become operational until a Venue Management plan, which sets out details of how the development will be managed daily, including measures to address complaints from neighbouring residents, has been submitted to, and approved in writing by the Council and the approved details shall be implemented thereafter. No later than 12 months from the commencement of the operation hereby permitted, and thereafter within 6 weeks of any written request from the Council, the applicant shall submit a report, which assesses the effectiveness of the Venue Management Plan and sets out any measures that are proposed to be incorporated into Venue Management Plan. The report shall also set out timescales for the implementation of any measures identified therein. The report shall be agreed in writing with the Council prior to the implementation of any proposed measures.
