As part of planning approval received on March 18th, a planning condition compliance report was required for planning conditions 3 and 4 by an ecologist and needed to be submitted to planning within 2 weeks of demolition. This was to ensure that there were no bats or birds roosting that would be impacted by demolition of the existing dwelling.
