2 x London Plane tree at wall backing on to No. 73 Empress Drive - Fell. SUBJECT TO TPO 1927 (28.11.2002)

5 Day Notice removal of a fallen tree.

Reduce and reshape trees to 14m above ground level. 2x Semi mature Oak (22m tall reducing to 14m) 1x Ash (25m tall reducing to 14m) 2x Cherry (18m Tall reducing to 14m) Ground Control are contracted by Cornerstone (CTIL) to carry out tree works on behalf of Vodafone and O2/Telefonica. Vodafone have identified a mast that is scheduled to be upgraded, and have instructed us to carry out some tree works to ensure that all vegetation is sufficiently clear of the mast.

Works to fallen limb - sectional dismantling and removal of failed limb together with pruning of the remaining fractured section back to suitable growth point

T11 5056 - Bird Cherry Reduce height to give 3m clearance from utility equipment T11 4507 - Silver Birch side prune to give clearance of 2m from utility equipment (resubmission of works 20/00938/TWCA but location identified more accurately)

Red Oak - GC000957 (TPO Ref.T45) - Crown reduce in height by 10m leaving crown height at 14m and shape the remainder to balance. 3-5 year old active Ganoderma brackets in multiple locations on the north and south sides of lower trunk, also within a decayed pruning wound cavity. Cavity in the base. PICUS report in attachments. Oak - GC000971 (TPO Ref. T17) - Crown reduce in height by 10m leaving crown height at 12m and shape the remainder to balance. Recently lost a large limb into the car park, Meripilus giganteus present. Beech GC005099 (TPO Ref. W2) - Crown Reduce by up to 8m and Shape to remove chance of failure on to the footpath and road. Cavities and Decay in the stem and stem unions.

Works to protected trees; T1 Lime Tree - reduce crown by 1m to gain a finished clearance of 12.5m; T2 Sycamore Tree - reduce crown by 3m to gain a finished clearance of 12.5m; T3 Sycamore Tree - reduce crown by 3m to gain a finished clearance of 12.5m; T4 Haven Tree - pollard down to approximately 10m; T5 Sycamore Tree - reduce crown by 3m to a finished height of approximately 11m; and T6 Haven Tree - pollard down to good cutting points at approximately 10m.

Undertake works to 1no. Sycamore tree protected by TPO N82 and identified within the order as T6; Side prune to provide a 1m clearance from overhead power line, removing overhang directly above line.
