T1) To Reduce mature Oak tree by approximately 1.0m epicormic growth will be lifted to approximately 5.0m in height.

T1) To selectively reduce mature oak tree located in the front garden by up to 2.0m in places where the branches protrude the crown. A well balanced shape must be maintained and all branches will be pruned to appropriate growth points. All major deadwood will be removed from the tree. This will rebalance the crown and reduce the risk of large deadwood causing damage to cars.(TPO no. 34, 1991)

TPO No. 34, 1991T1) To reduce mature sweet chestnut by approximately 2.0m on one side and 1.0m on the other to balance the tree. A well balanced shape must be maintained and all branches will be pruned to appropriate growth points.

T1) To reduce mature oak tree back to previous reduction points (approximately 2-3m) and remove all epicormic growth growing up the stem.(TPO No. 85, 2009)

T1) Reduce mature Norway Maple in the front garden by approximately 1.5m and reduce away from the property to give at least 2.0 m clearance. T2) Reduce mature Norway Maple in the rear garden by approximately 1.5m.

Conifers (G1) - To reduce line of mature conifers located in the front garden by 3.0ft in height and trim all sides.

T1 - Willow - To section fell small Willow that has a heavy lean over the neighbouring parking area and causing nuisance to cars below.

T1 - Ash - To remove the lowest limb from the Ash stem with a large lean to the North East (over the neighbouring access road) and remove major deadwood. The leaning stem will also be reduced by 2.5m to reduce the end weight and leverage on the possibly weak union. All branches will be pruned to appropriate growth points. All works are carried out to BS 3998: 2010 Tree work recommendations. A well balanced shape must be maintained.

FRONT: ONE Sycamore (T1)(ht.10m) RE-POLLARD by 3m to previous pollard points. Reason: repeat maintenance. Informative A: The sensitive management of the tree is greatly appreciated for landscape amenity, wildlife, wellbeing, and urban forest canopy for environmental benefits to mitigate the effects of climate change. Informative B: Wherever possible, please create habitat log piles in the garden from cut branches for wildlife and biodiversity.
