Detailed Particulars relating to the erection of 1 no. house with integral single garage, 1 no. house with a detached single garage and 1no. chalet bungalow with integral single garage, erection of boundary fences/walls 1.2 metres, 2.1 metres and 2.4 metres in height, construction of vehicular access and alteration to an existing vehicular access (outline planning permission S/185/02746/06 for the erection of 3 no. dwellings, granted on 30th May 2007) in accordance with amended plan nos 07/100/004 Rev A, 07100/002 Rev C and 07100/001 Rev A received by the Local Planning Authority from the applicants agent on 14th April 2008.
