Erection of 5 No. detached dwellings with associated car parking, detached garages, landscaping, site and access works (Change of house type to LA06/2020/0247/F)

Non material change to Planning Approval LA06/2020/0247/F - window fenestration to be reduced and extraneous metalwork removed.

Proposed demolition of existing dwelling, including replacement with a new single residential dwelling, double garage, new vehicular access and all other associated siteworks.

Discharge Condition 5 of LA06/2021/1220/F, which states: "A programme of post-excavation analysis, preparation of an archaeological report, dissemination of results and preparation of the excavation archive shall be undertaken in accordance with the programme of archaeological work approved under condition 3. These measures shall be implemented and a final archaeological report shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Council within 12 months of the completion of archaeological site works, or as otherwise agreed in writing with the Council."

Section 54 application to Vary Condition 10 of LA01/2019/1370/F from 'completion of rooftop terrace and ground floor amenity area prior to the occupation of the apartments' to 'The ground floor amenity area shall be completed prior to the occupation of the apartments' Removal of Condition 11 of LA01/2019/1370/F 'Detail of the maintenance and management for the communal roof terrace shall be submitted to and agreed with the Planning Authority before occupation of the first unit of the housing development proposed.'
