Continued temporary use of three storage bays for the storage of limestone scalpings and sand, without compliance with Condition 1 of planning permission WA08/1848 dated 20 February 2009, so as to allow the storage bays to remain in use until 31 December 2011, or upon completion of five new storage bays along the southern boundary of the site (permitted under planning permission WA09/0856), whichever is the sooner.
