Tree of Heaven in the rear garden. It has an extensive cavity from just above ground level to approximately 2m inside the tree. There is reasonable reaction growth and compartmentalisation inside the tree. Recommendations are to remove the tree to ground level and treat the stump to inhibit regeneration.
