Lift to be sympathetic to amenity value enjoyed by neighbouring properties. No significant impact on aesthetic value of group from any aspect. T10 Sycamore Crown lift of secondary branches to 6m. Lift to ensure there is no interference with telegraph pole providing services to candidate property and neighbours. T15 Beech This tree is in decline, being supressed by surrounding trees. There is a significant cavity at 1.5m. Fell and replace. T18 Sycamore Self-seeded specimen. Formative prune to enhance healthy growth. T23 Beech Part of a supressed group which has caused unbalanced growth over many years resulting in asymmetric crown loading. There is a bifurcated trunk with a significant bough growing to the SE. The tree has a pronounced lean to the SE in sympathy with this growth. This large bough to be reduced 4m to the last growth point in order to rebalance the crown. T24 Sycamore Tree presents a potential safety risk to adjacent properties. Tree is codominant at 1m with an included union and well. Potential for structural failure. There is a significant lean of one of the major limbs over neighbouring property. This presents a hazard and should be addressed. Remove western limb to 2m in order to protect remaining limb from decay. T27 Sycamore Potential hazard to neighbouring property. Remove first major limb at 6m. T30 Sycamore Crown lift of secondary branches to 5m. Lift to be sympathetic to amenity value enjoyed by neighbouring properties.
