Remove existing glazed roof and replace with timber joist and glazed roof. Remove existing RHS shopfront windows and replace with new windows to match the existing LHS windows. Install new half-height timber panelling below the new windows. Replace existing UPVC gutters and downpipes. Repair or replace rotten timber elements across the external elevation as required
