T1 Beech: The proposed work is a 3m reduction to all aspects of the crown, this is lateral and vertical. The west reductions will create a 2m clearance to the property at 8 stairfoot close, the preference would be to reduced the crown by a larger amount on this side to create more clearance. The east reduction will create a 3.5m clearance from 1 stairfoot view.
