Remove bay window and construct new front elevation extension. Remove existing rear conservatory and construct new extension with internal alterations to form kitchen/breakfast room and living room/dining room. New verandah to rear garden/elevation. Renew Dormer roof, remove existing chimney stacks (as necessary to accommodate new works)
