T1 - Yew - Fell and re-plant Cherry. Top has failed in recent storms. T2 - Fir - Fell and re-plant Mountain Ash. Co-dominant stem in upper canopy is a result of previous failure or topping please see annotated photo. The tree is weighted towards the property, parking area and road. With the loss of T1 and the proposal to remove T3 due to decay in its base T2 will be more exposed to winds and will have an increased potential for failure. Due to its height and upper canopy listed to one side there is a high chance it could reach the property and/or road. T3 - Yew - Fell and re-plant Birch. Three hollows located at base reducing holding wood in this area. T4 - Holly - Remove drying top at approx. 4m. T5 - Cherry Plum - Coppice to a height of approx. 1ft. Dead stump and reshoots close proximity to building and roof tiles. T6 - Cherry Plum - Coppice to a height of approx. 1ft. Multi stemmed with inclusions, decay located at these points, close proximity to building and roof tiles.
