T1 T2 & T3 - Pine - Crown lift low canopy over road to 5m and prune back encroachment to provide 1.5 m clearance to street furniture. Reduce end weight on 4 no. over extended lateral branches by 2-2.5m on tree closest to car parking spaces. Remove major deadwood only. Clear Ivy encroachment from stems. Reason: To provide adequate clearance to high sided vehicles as per the highway requirements, to improve light penetration from street lamp to footpath and road and to lessen end loading and wind resistance.
