Formation of a new 3.5m domestic vehicle access onto Bramble Crescent and the creation of 3 domestic parking spaces. Works include the removal of a short section of Category C3 Leylandii hedge, and replacing existing concrete hardstanding with new SuDS-compliant permeable block paving. No gates are proposed. Siting and exact dimensions are detailed on the attached Proposed Block Plan.
