Planning Application Details - 25/01213/TN

Two leylandii / cupressus trees marked X1 and X2 on sketch plan. Proposal is to fell both trees and remove stumps. Reasons: 1 Both trees have grown too tall. 2 They are taking significant light from our garden. 3 They are taking nutrients and light from the beautiful Scots pine which is only 2m away. 4 They are overhanging the road and causing bowing of the fence which will be difficult to replace in the same position if the trees remain.
