In summary: PHASE 1 - 2026: East Boundary St.Pauls Hill Trees: T012, T013, T014, T015, T016, T017, T018, T019,T020, T021, G003, G004, G005, G006, G007, G008, G009, G010, G015 General maintenance work: Maintain a full 6m Crown lift Branch reduction away from far side of road and pavement to half way across road Remove hanging branches horizontal & below to mitigate risk For trees near buildings: Lateral branch reduction to 3m from stem as required for the trees that grow past the fence line or encroach properties & structures Remove 2nd & 3rd order branches no bigger than 75mm at branch attachment Remove deadwood, epicormics on trunks, suckers etc Remove any plant growth on stems e.g. Ivy Conduct a crown reduction where identified as being necessary due to over growth Additional Tree Specific work: T001 - This tree has a substantial horizontal lower limb & some smaller ones that hang perilously close above the carport which need removal. A ~ 4.6m crown lift would greatly reduce risk of similar limbs and some that overhang low over the boundary wall & public park. T012 Remove limb touching fence (see Photo in Survey), Further crown lift & reduction above road T013, T014, T016 Reduce crown away from Building 1.5m T017 Assess codominate stem & conduct work accordingly. Remove if needed. T020 - Assess dead & occluded bark & conduct work accordingly. Remove if needed. T021 3m Crown reduction to building side G005 - Assess 2 stems occluded to barbed wire & conduct work accordingly. Remove if needed. G015 Lateral crown reduction facing building to 2m before fence line, On first tree near carparkRemove phototrophic growth & reduce crown to clear wall & lamp post Internal Estate Medium Trees: Trees: T005, T028, T029, T031, T032, T033, T034, T035, T036 These trees have generally overgrown the area & impact road usage, carpark & signage so need the following maintenance work: 2.7m crown lift, ensure that all obstruction
