All matters reserved apart from the appearance and scale of Blocks B1, D1 & G and two new access points from Nine Elms Lane." An addendum to the Environmental Statement has been submitted under The Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (as amended).
