TPO justification:Elm Sp - Remove lowest branch from ground level to accommodate maintenance machinery, and footway access to formal garden area. Removal of branch will not impact the amenity value of the tree, or the surrounding group. Ash - Tree consistently dropping branches onto driveway from main canopy. minor signs of ash dieback (ADB) at the extremities of branches. Removal recommended to prevent further failures onto driveway.
