We are negotiating the purchase of Vista House at Bascote, Southam and also looking to separately purchase from a local farmer half an acre of partly scrubland and partly agricultural land directly to the rear adjoining the boundary to use as garden (growing vegetables, fruit trees, keep a few chickens). The access to this area will be from the rear of the property and there is no separate road access. The area will be entirely for our own horticultural/garden use and there will be no machinery installed. We would like to put up a shed for storing garden tools, a greenhouse and polytunnel (within permitted allowances) for growing vegetables and a chicken coop and run. There is a public footpath nearby which will not be affected by the purchase of this land
