During storms, several branches have fallen onto the highway and power lines. 24/01/2024 a large bough fell into garden, across adjoining fence and onto neighbours vehicle causing substantial damage. The tree also hit our roof, damaging tiles, 2 vehicles on the highway and bus stop just outside property. 2 Arborists advised that tree is dangerous and could cause further damage to property and is a risk to life as by school bus stop and route to local junior school. Large void in trunk susceptible to rot/decay. TPO 223E.
