Rear Dormer Loft Conversion: Construction of a rear dormer roof extension with a total added volume of 20.8 m3. Replacement of wooden frames with uPVC frames of a similar style and appearance. 2. Means of Draining (Drainage)- Soil Vent Pipe (SVP): Installation of a new 110mm diameter uPVC Soil Vent Pipe (SVP) on the side elevation, finished to match existing rainwater goods. Roof Drainage: The new dormer and outbuilding will utilize guttering and downpipes connected to the property's existing surface water drainage system. 3. Access, Streets, and Hard-Standings Proposal: None.
