Certificate of lawfulness (proposed) for the proposal comprises the construction of a single-storey rear extension to an existing two-storey dwellinghouse with an existing mansard roof. Surface water drainage will be managed via connection to the existing drainage system. There are no significant changes to existing ground levels. The proposed works are entirely within the curtilage of the existing dwellinghouse and are considered to fall within permitted development rights as set out under Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended).
