The list of trees is within the document attached showing the location of the trees and the specified schedule of works proposed. T1: Lime- Fell to ground level. Tree heavily compromised with large bees nest inside stem. The cavity is believed to be of a reasonable size, and given the proximity of the tree to the frequently used driveway, it would be safest for the tree to be felled. There are numerous surrounding trees to ensure no amenity value would be lost. T2: Cedar- Fell to ground level. The tree is not in-keeping with the landscape or house and surrounding grounds, as well as not being in the best of health. The owner wishes to fell the tree and replace it with a well established English Oak, which will have space to mature into a far more fitting tree for the featured area. T3: Lime- Crown lift to 5m to open up lower canopy beneath tree and encourage the further growth of bulbs etc. G1: Large remaining group of mixed species including mostly Elm, self-seeded Sycamores, and some Conifer shrubs and dead fruit trees. Permission to fell group of trees with the exception of the large mature Copper Beech and Lime. The client would like to replace all the self seeded Sycamores and Elms with some more fitting trees to run up the side of the driveway and try to re-instate the area, as is being done with the rest of the property and grounds. G2: Upon approaching the house from the South lodge, there is a line of small, one sided Yew trees which form a hedge line. There is a wealth of well established mature trees behind this hedge line, which are blocked out by the Yews. Permission being asked to fell the line of Yew trees, so as to open up the view behind of the more mature trees. It will also open up a better line of site to see any playing children that may be near the driveway, so as to make the approach to the house safer.
