With the aim of improving the tree's safety and stability, remove the large stem forming the left-hand bifurcation at the principal union and reduce the remaining canopy by approximately 2/3 metres to suitable growth points to reduce wind sail effect and lessen the load on the remaining canopy. Clear site and remove all arisings and waste from site.
