Keep growth out of overhead lines and encroaching highway. Historically this row of trees have been cut to form an arch shape in silhouette running north / south. Cut line ranges from 4.5m at the ends to 6m at apex. By late autumn growth height will exceed 8m so would like to reduce back to historic cut line by removing 2-2.5m of growth.
