Change rear bi-fold doors to timber framed French doors. 1 no. additional window to be added to the rear to match existing. Repaint garage doors. Replace side gate with flat top gate. Repaint rendered external walls from golden yellow to soft taupe. Repoint stone walls with lime mortar. Repaint all windows. Replace exterior light to the front of the property with 2 no. flush wall lights either side of the entrance door.
