T2. and T3 Birches, cut to ground, upper crowns both showing acute signs of dieback, suspected drought damage from summer 2025 with what appears to be the remnants of exudation in two places on the lower stem of T3 (see photo) suspected Phytopthora. Both trees are positioned over footpath to West in striking distance of highway. Birch wood degrades quickly once dead increasing the liklehood of failure. T4 Horse Chestnut in front garden of adjoining property,Heaven Tree House. Lift crown to 5m over driveway South and East, to give more light to front aspect of property and help improve form of tree. T5-8 Sycamores heights ranging from 8-10.5m, raise crowns over footpath to 3.5-5m as appropriate to give more clearance and light to footpath, prune back lower crown of T5 from highway to West by 2m, (current crown spread 5m to West).
