This will be the external walls size. The roof will overhang slightly on the North, West and South elevations by approx 50mm and on the east elevation by approx 300mm for weather protection and there was a mistake in the application approval which stated no glass was to be installed into the eastern elevation. This should have read the south and west elevations.
