FFB on stem (E @ 0.8m AGL) possible Brittle cinder (Kretzschmaria deusta).DW. Close proximity to adjacent residential property. Pollard to approx 10m to allow regeneration of a manageable crown, eliminating any risk posed to cause injury and/ or damage in the event of failure.
