REAR: ONE ?? tree (t1) Ht approx 15-18m. FELL to ground level. REASON: Road has tilted to the point that it appears it will fall over soon, particularly if there are strong winds. It is close to the shed in the back garden and close to the boundary fence. If the tree falls it will cause damage to my property and my neighbours' property and it would injure anyone who happens to be in its path. This is an urgent and serious safety risk. Therefore, I hereby apply for urgent permission to cut down the whole tree. REPLANTING PROPOSAL: I propose to replace the tree with an olive tree.
