There were originally 5 apple trees in the garden to the rear of the property (west facing), situated some 5 meters from our 2 meter high boundary wall, which is adjacent to Spa Lane. These were reduced to 3 when permission was granted for the removal of 2 of them on 8 September 2023 (ref 23/05363/TR) due to their condition. We now wish to remove one of the remaining trees, leaving the 2 mature apple trees either side. If approved, it is planned to plant two small dessert apple trees in the rear garden
