During a visit to this address on 02/06/2026, it was noted that the crown of this White Mulberry is biased to the south and some root decay was observed to the north. We are seeking approval for a crown reduction which is intended to balance the tree and reduce the end load weight of the lateral limbs. Additionally, the lower limbs will be propped to support both the limbs and the overall structure of the tree. This will in turn reduce the load currently being placed on the fencing below the limbs, noting that some of the fencing/wall is between the property and the public footpath and road We believe the works are required urgently and submitted a 5 day urgent works notice via email to Lambeth planning team on the afternoon of Wed 3rd June 2026.
