Planning Application Details - 24/00579/TW

**5 DAY NOTICE** Beech tree - T1 Beech - remove the large primary stem extending to the North and bifurcating at approx. 3 metres above ground level. The remaining crown is to have the top reduced by 4 to 5 metres from the highest point in the central leader down to strong growth points. The sides of the crown are to be reduced by 2 to 3 metres from the tips also to strong growth points leaving at least 2 to three bifurcations from the pruning point back into the crown enabling the retention of as much potential foliage as possible. This should leave the tree with a smaller crown at lower formed crown better able to manage high winds. A rough indication is attached in the annotated picture attached to this consent. All reductions points are to be to strong growth point that are at least one third the diameter of the adjacent pruning point. This being in line with BS 3998 standard. Amended description
