To lower ground floor interior: replace concrete floor slabs with limecrete; structural opening in flank wall to modern extension; alterations to modern partitions; replace internal modern glazed doors with traditional panelled doors; new panelled bifold doors to spine wall; wall linings as shown. Open up fireplace to rear room with new chimney piece, hearth and linings. New bottom step to staircase; fitted joinery. At upper ground floor interior: insulated linings and new fitted joinery to modern extension; restore plaster mouldings; rehang existing doors to hand. At first and second floors replace interior modern doors with traditional panelled doors; new bathrooms with associated drainage; internal insulated wall linings; new cornice to front room. At first floor open up fireplaces with new chimney pieces, hearth and linings. At second floor new access hatch and ladder to loft.
