Compliance with Condition 10 of Planning Permission 22/02635/FULL -That PRIOR TO ANY WORKS STARTING ON SITE, a Scheme of Works designed to mitigate the effects on sensitive premises/ areas (i.e. neighbouring properties and road) of dust, noise and vibration from the proposed development shall be submitted and approved in writing by Fife Council as Planning Authority for written approval. The use of British Standard BS 5228: Part 1: 2009 (Noise and Vibration Control on Construction and Open Sites) and BRE Publication BR456 - February 2003 (Control of Dust from Construction and Demolition Activities) should be consulted. The dust control measures shall reflect the conclusions of the Air Quality Assessment submitted with the application. The Scheme of Works shall provide details of the proposed working times for the site during construction. Development shall take place in accordance with the details approved through this condition.
