These works shall include the provision of a raised transition area with 25mm kerb upstand across the northern extents of the Fleming Way public road boundary. Prior to any works commencing on site, detailed plans showing the transition area shall be submitted for approval by Fife Council as Planning Authority. For the avoidance of doubt, once the relevant plan has been approved, these works shall be completed prior to the occupation of the dwelling.
