Planning Application Details - 23/0153/TPO

T1 and T2 London Plane - Reduce in height by 3-4m back to previous pruning points. This will be done by removing the new growth only. Reduce overall canopy spread by 2-3m back to suitable pruning points. No cuts will exceed 250mm in diameter. Both mature trees have been reduced over the years. Removing the new growth back to the historic pruning points will keep the tree's shape. Additionally T2 - Remove lowest primary branch that originates from 3m above ground level, growing in a south western direction, back to the main stem. The primary branch has been over pruned in the past and continues to interfere with the parking spaces below. T4 English Oak - Reduce in height by approximately 4m back to appropriate pruning points. Reduce overall canopy spread by 2-3m back to appropriate pruning points. Tree has become overbearing in the area an has historically been pruned over the years to retain its canopy whilst keeping its natural shape. Post pruning the tree height will be approx 12m above ground level.
