Litter Control Measures: - A litter bin is provided outside the premises for customer use. - Staff inspect and clean the frontage area every 2 hours during opening times. - At closing time each day, the pavement area in front of the premises is inspected and cleaned. 2. Waste Storage: - All commercial waste is stored in closed commercial bins at the rear of the property. - Waste is collected by a licensed waste contractor on a scheduled basis. - No waste is stored on the public highway at any time. 3. Delivery Waste Management: - All delivery packaging materials are immediately placed into internal waste bins. - Delivery waste is not left outside the premises. 4. Customer Management: - Staff monitor customer behaviour outside the premises. - Customers are encouraged to use the provided litter bins. 5. Maintenance & Ongoing Compliance: - All litter and waste control measures will be maintained for the duration of the takeaway use. Waste collections are undertaken on a regular scheduled basis by a licensed waste contractor and documentation can be provided upon request. - The external extraction system, silencer and carbon filters are maintained in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.
