Reason for works: The tree has previously been reduced a number of years ago and the proposed works aim to undertake a similar sympathetic reduction. The intention is to maintain a natural and balanced crown structure while ensuring the tree remains healthy and safe. The tree currently casts significant shade across the canopy and surrounding garden area. The proposed reduction will help improve light levels while retaining the tree’s natural form and amenity value. All works will be carried out in accordance with BS3998 (Tree Work – Recommendations).
