Oak at the front of the property by the drive – Sectional dismantle to as close to ground level. REASONS – Subsidence damage has been identified on the property, see the attached photos. The client has concerns about the stability of a couple of structural items within the house. The main one being the arch in the porch. See attached photos. The tree has been pruned in the past, but any pruning was limited in the interest of good pruning practice. The removal of the tree is recommended due to limited pruning work that could be undertaken to reduce the impact that the tree was having. The damage on the property has not been formally established by a structural engineer. My client is keen to seek a resolution without approaching their insurance due to the long term implications of getting them involved in the removal of the tree.
