TO BE CONFIRMED T2 - Holm Oak Work - Raise canopy to 2m above Yew hedging, remove primary limb towards house. Reason - As the tree increases in size the Evergreen foliage blocks out considerable amount of light to the frontage preventing any further landscaping and is detrimental to the light availability of the windows. The tree is still relatively small for the species and as it increases in size, maintenance will be required to prevent impact with the property. Undertaking maintenance early with a future target is essential to reduce stress on the tree. The raising will allow light to pass between the mature Yew hedge and the bottom of the canopy of the tree to the property. The tree can then continue to grow upwards which allows balance with the site.
