Amended description:(09.12.2024) Within 6 months of the date of this approval the yard area marked as 'Phase 1' and 'Phase 2' on the Phasing Plan drawing 02 Rev 01 received 24th May 2024 shall be finished with an impermeable surface, and the dirty water collection tank constructed as identified on the same plan. No washing or any work to the vehicles, machinery or other equipment associated with the agricultural contracting business hereby approved by this permission shall be undertaken on any area of the approved yard marked 'Phase 1' and 'Phase 2' until after that area has been finished with an impermeable surface and the dirty water collection tank has been constructed as per the approved Phasing Plan.
