We are seeking Listed building consent for the following proposed improvements to the House. We propose to create a new access footpath link to an existing footpath leading to the front door. We also propose to re-establish a previously filled in opening from the Lounge into the rear Garden. As the property is a three storey dwelling, we proposed to replacing the modern existing veneered doors with new 4 panelled doors more in keeping with a building of the age.
