Variation of Condition 3 (Landscaping) of permission 21/00471/FUL granted 20.04.21 for :Conversion of barn to 2 x 4 bedroomed semi-detached dwellinghouses with associated parking and amenity space. Variation would allow condition to read:-'No development, including landscaping works, shall commence in respect of the barn or any land within its curtilage until theproposed works to the access track as shown on the approved Site Location Plan, drawing number PDB/17/500/01A, have beenimplemented and completed in full. For the avoidance of doubt these works include:- Widening of the access at its junction with Church Hill to 5.5 metres for the first 12 metres, with kerb lines eased and surfacing undertaken as appropriate in agreement with the Highway Authority;- Grading off of the field to the south of the access to ensure that a 2.4 metre by 90 metre visibility splay is achieved with no obstruction above 0.6 metres from the adjacent carriageway level;- Formation of new combined concrete field access, passing place, and turning spur for farm vehicles;- Formation of a turning spur to the south-west of the barn.
