Notice of intent to carry out works to tree in a Conservation Area - We would like to cut back by about 2 metres, overhanging branches of the False Acacia at the bottom of the garden of number 2 st James street which backs onto our property at 11 Queen street. We would also like to prune the elderberry but as this is a shrub I don't think we need permission. We have made this same application last in January 2017 and received permission.
